The Campaign Manager is an interface to launch and manage Converse Apps and also execute the messaging flows for those apps. Built on top of SMS-Magic objects such as Converse Apps and Converse Desk, the Campaign Manager gives you the ability to set up or modify campaigns using templates or converse apps.

There are several ways to launch a campaign:

•Using Converse Templates: Templates created by users.

•Using SMS-Magic Template Library: Templates created by Screen-Magic experts

•Using Converse Apps: Apps created by Screen-Magic experts

These types of users typically use the Campaign Manager:

•Administrators

•Marketing staff

NOTE: Before a Converse App can be configured, the administrator must purchase the Converse Apps package from SMS-Magic.
