To proceed with the instructions in this guide, you should already have:

 

•Registered with SMS-Magic Converse and Configured the Remote Site Settings for your Salesforce Org

•Enough user licenses available to assign to the users of your Salesforce organization who would access SMS-Magic.

•Gone through the Upgrade Checklist for SMS-Magic Converse 2.0 (for customers upgrading to SMS-Magic Converse)
