Assign Long code to Users

 

Prerequisite

To continue, you must login using an administrator account and have permissions to perform these steps. Also, please make sure you procure the required phone numbers/Sender IDs and add them to your account.

 

1.From the Converse Settings tab, go to Sender ID & Assignment section.

2.Click on the Ellipsis icon shown next to each Sender ID.

3.Select Assign to User option.

4.You can search and add multiple users for a particular Sender ID.

5.Click on Add button and the user(s) is/are assigned.

 

 

NOTE: It’s advisable to assign one sender ID per user. Incoming notification won’t be sent to multiple users by default if the Sender ID is assigned to multiple users.
