Overview

The purpose of this guide is to help you:

 

•To configure Sender IDs and incoming numbers to send and receive messages in your Salesforce organization.

•Assign Sender IDs to the users of your organization.

•To configure Notification on Incoming so that the user assigned to a Sender ID receives notification of any received messages.
