The Send Bulk SMS feature helps you run a campaign or send SMS messages to multiple recipients at a time. Tto trigger a bulk SMS distribution, you simply prepare a list of recipients, specify the Sender ID, and choose the SMS template. A bulk SMS operation can be scheduled in advance.
There are two ways to trigger Bulk SMS:
•Select Object > Select a list View > Select one/more records from the list > Send Bulk SMS.
•Go to Converse Aps > Select App > Send Bulk SMS.
