For one-on-one SMS conversations, Converse Desk includes a ability to send individual SMS messages. There are multiple ways to do this:
•Click on the + icon adjacent to Search bar > Send New SMS > Configure and Send SMS.
•Go to Converse Desk > Click on New Message > Configure and Send SMS.
•Record Detail Page > Send SMS >> Configure and Send SMS (Continue reading below to learn more).
One method is to go the Record Detail page and send a message. A list of all the related conversations that have occurred with a record will appear on that page, as shown in the figure below.
Click on a conversation to display the message flow. Here, you can review the content of the conversation, enter a reply, and click the Send SMS button.
