Administrator – The admin configures SMS-Magic Converse within the Salesforce Org and also configures the permission sets for each type of user in the org.

 

Marketing User/Manager – These users engage prospects with interesting product and service information to build a trusted relationship upon a series of messaging conversations.

 

Sales User/Manager – These users seek to be readily available in responding to inbound requests, understand what is important to prospects and customers, and create relationships that serve to close deals faster.

 

Service/Support User – These users usually engage in personal conversations and updates to inform prospects/customers and convince them that your business cares for their needs. Service users also conduct follow-up surveys that support continuous improvement and increased customer satisfaction.
