Campaign Manager User Guide

 

Marketing users can use the Campaign Manager to easily view and edit existing campaigns, and also create new campaigns.

 

The figure below depicts the Campaign Manager page for marketing users. Follow through each of these steps to explore the features on this page:

 

1.Click Campaign Manager on the tab bar.

2.Click the Create New Campaign button to create a new campaign.

3.The main panel contains a listing of existing campaigns. Each listing presents an overview of a campaign–type of campaign, name, last modified date, and status.

4.Sort the campaign list or search a particular campaign.

5.Check on or more of the boxes to filter the listing.

6.Each listing also display the total recipients, conversations, response, and success rate.
