The Campaign Manager is an interface to launch and manage Converse Apps and also execute the messaging flows for those apps. Built on top of SMS-Magic objects such as Converse Apps and Converse Desk, the Campaign Manager gives you the ability to run campaigns using templates or converse apps.

There are several ways to launch a campaign:

•Using Converse Templates: Templates created by users.

•Using SMS-Magic Template Library: Templates created by Screen-Magic experts

•Using Converse Apps: Apps created by Screen-Magic experts

These types of users typically use the Campaign Manager:
