The Conversation Detail View consists of three panels, the Conversation thread panel on the left, the message Composer at the bottom, and the Related Conversations in the right panel.
The detail view will appear in a tab adjacent to the Inbox tab. You can pin multiple conversation detail views and easily switch among them all. In the Detail View, you can assign a conversation to another user, execute CRM actions on a record, view related conversations, and view CRM record details.
View CRM Record Details
To view record details, click on the recipient name to display a new tab containing the Salesforce record.
