The Reply Panel is a side panel that opens after clicking on a conversation from the list, which makes it easy to view conversation details perform basic tasks and without moving to another page.
Switch to The Details View of a Conversation
To see the details of a particular conversation, click the small expand icon 
in the upper-right corner of the Reply panel.
