Sorting
Sort and remove sorting by doing the following:
1.User can sort the campaigns according to Date, Name or Campaign Type.
2.The listing will change according to the sorting option that you choose.
3.To remove any sorting option, click the small x on the button at the top of page.
Searching
Click on the search bar to reveal a field in which you can enter search terms–such as the campaign Name. The listing will only include results that correspond to the search terms.
Click the small x to close the search and reset the listing to the default list of campaigns.
Campaign Details and Options
Click the small drop-down arrow on a campaign listing to:
•View Details – view campaign details such as the name, recipient list, campaign type, template/converse app in use, and type of execution immediately sent or scheduled.
•Pause Campaign – Click this menu item to stop sending messages to the recipients even if the configuration criteria have been satisfied
•Clone Campaign – Copy the campaign and set the copy status to Draft. You can edit and save this campaign like any other.
