With the Campaign Manager, you can launch Converse Apps and manage messaging flows. Built on top of SMS-Magic features such as Converse Apps and Converse Desk, the Campaign Manager gives your team the ability to run campaigns using templates (or apps).
Converse Apps include the ability to:
•Configure the message flow
•Prepare Message Templates – Reusable message drafts supplied by SMS-Magic.
•Integrate with Force.com or other solutions.
There are several methods for launching a campaign:
•From the SMS-Magic Template Library.
•From Converse Templates created by users.
•From Converse Apps.
