There are three types of global filters:
•My Conversations
•All Conversations

My Conversations
This is a list of all conversations that you own. Each new conversation that the you initiate will appear in this list. The user can filter the listing either with My Filters in the left side menu or with the Conversation Filter links that appear above the listing.
All Conversations
This is a list of all conversations – those owned by you, those owned by other users, and those in your watchlist. See the figure below.
Identify conversations owned by other users
Any conversation that is owned by other users, the first column will contain a combination of [Recipient Name, Owner First Name].
Identify Conversations that are owned by you
For any conversation that is owned by you, the first column will contain only the [Recipient Name].
