In My Conversations, you can find many filters in the left side menu:

 

•Fixed Filters

•Custom Lists

•Converse Apps

•Objects

The sections below explain each of these filters.

 

Fixed Filters

•Inbox – all conversations

•Sent – all outgoing messages

 

 

Custom Lists

If you want to create a custom list to which you can have ready access, create a custom list by applying the filter criteria. All such lists are clubbed under Custom Lists.
